Kartik has a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering. He joined Energypack Boilers Pvt Ltd as a
Product Engineer and after years of experience in Manufacturing, People Skills and Product
Knowledge became the Director Operations of the Company. The company is into manufacturing
and exports of Boilers and other Process Heating Machinery along with Dewaxing Autoclaves for
Investment Casting Industries .He also founded an Innovation Company on Renewable Energy
working on Waves and Heat Energy.
Kartik is very passionate in working towards Nation Building / Philanthropy and Government
Reforms and currently associated with several Organizations on this front. In addition, Kartik is a
Member of the Executive Committee of the Indian Boiler Manufacturers Association and the Vice
President of the Gujarat Boiler and Component Manufacturing association.
After wearing many hats in Rotary has been a Past President of Rotary International .

Annush Ramasamy is the President of Sri KumaraGuru Mill (SKG). He is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore and additionally holds a Masters degree in Business Administration (Strategy and Manufacturing Management) from RIT, Rochester, NY.

Jacob Joy is a third
generation family business entrepreneur, he is the Director of JJ confectionery
(P) Ltd, a company engaged in the manufacture of candies, toffees and eclairs.
A passionate chocoholic with a Diploma in Chocolate and Confectionery Manufacturing
from ZDS, Germany, he is also the Managing Director of Jakes Snacks and Foods
(P) Ltd, a company that he formed to introduce luxury chocolates in India.

Getting exemption of Capital Gains Tax for farmers who
donated land pooled for construction of the capital of AP, introduction of Rs.200 currency note, positioning the largely
grown turmeric and chillies to international markets by introducing bar coding,
getting a Rs.900 Cr underground drainage project, a Rs.460Cr drinking water
project and a Rs.180Cr Waste to Energy Project for Guntur, improving health
amenities in the Govt. Hospital in Guntur, by donating Rs.2.00Cr and mobilising
funds from various Organisations are a few noteworthy achievements. Further, he
adopted 2 villages in the Parliament constituency and developed them as a 'Model Village' with drinking
water, roads, renewable energy, digital connectivity, drainage, sanitation,
waste management, recycling, green spaces, education, skill development and,
above all, a sense of civic duty among the villagers to take ownership in
getting this done and in ensuring that their village is a great place to live,
love, learn, play and earn…

Rajan is a founding trustee of the India@75 Foundation, through which he is working with multiple stakeholders, including government, corporates and civil society in helping build a Dream India by 2022, seventy-five years since its independence. He is the first National President of the recently constituted Indian Digital Gaming Society and is also a trustee of Aspen’s Ananta Centre in India, a fellow of the Aspen India Leadership Initiative 2011–2012 and member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network, the world’s foremost group on values-based leadership across all walks of life. He is also a BMW Herbert Quandt Foundation’s Young World Leader, a CNBC India’s Young Turk and part of the ASEAN 100 Leadership Forum.
